All parcels, UK, EU and Worldwide are dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt.
We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateways (PayPal and Sagepay).
Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.
Online Orders & Card Security:
All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal & Sagepay) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Some shoes and boots may have been tried on in our stores.

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at our rubyshoesday stores, 37 Market Street, Hebden Bridge or Lake Road, Ambleside.
We offer a full refund on goods returned for any reason, providing they are returned within 30 days of the delivery date, along with a valid receipt.
If you change your mind:
If you wish to cancel your order, please return the goods, in the original packaging, including all protective packaging, extra laces, accessories etc within 30 days of the delivery date, enclosing the original receipt. On receipt of the goods, we will reimburse the purchase price onto the credit/debit card/paypal account used to pay for the goods within 30 days. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please complete the returns form included with your parcel and return the shoes to us at the address below. Upon receipt of the original goods (with the original receipt, in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you.
Alternatively you can contact us by phone (01422 847999) or email (email@example.com) and let us know what size/colour you would prefer and we will hold the item for you (providing we have the size/colour you requested in stock).

You may also return goods in person to the above address. Please provide proof of purchase (the original receipt or a print-out of your receipt page), the credit/debit card used to purchase the goods, and the goods (in the original packing, unworn). You may also exchange goods in this way, providing we have the correct size/colour in stock.
Goods can also be returned to our Ambleside store.
If your goods are faulty:
If you find your goods to be faulty, please return them to the above address, enclosing a description of the fault on the returns form included with your parcel and the original receipt. If we agree that there is a fault, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of the goods or offer you an exchange.
